People often ask where we got our name from. Well, for those of you who aren’t martini drinkers, when you order a classic martini, it is served with either an olive or twist. But don’t worry, if you’re not a martini drinker there is still plenty for you to enjoy. (Minors are welcome, though we do not have high chairs or a children’s menu.)

In the summer come relax on one of the best patios in town overlooking quant Cochrane Main Street, surrounded by beautiful flowers from our garden. The patio is open from May to September (Alberta weather depending).

We pride ourselves in using the freshest ingredients available; from squeezing our own juices, grinding coffee to order, filleting our meats and fresh fish in-house and all in-house made dressings and dips. Most Fridays and Saturdays we have fresh fish flown in, which Head Chef Cory Mysyk then fillets and prepares with delicious seasonings and sauces. The fish feature is always changing, depending on what the fisherman are catching. It’s that fresh! |

Our menu features contemporary Canadian classic dishes with a ‘twist’. Some of the favourites on our menu include the Baked Brie and Coconut Shrimp appetizers, Grilled Salmon Salad and don’t forget to try the AAA Alberta Prime Rib, smothered with a homemade steak rub and slow roasted to perfection! And for those of you who are lactose or celiac intolerant, our menu clearly labels which dishes can be easily modified to accommodate your allergies (please inform your server of all allergies). |
